At Well Rituals, your satisfaction and trust are very important to us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Window

We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unopened, unused, and in the same condition you received it.
In its original packaging, with the seal intact.
Returned with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, opened, used, or unsealed items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you the return instructions and details on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@wellrituals.com with your order details and clear photos of the issue, so we can review it and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened or used skincare products
Products with a broken seal
Items not in their original packaging
Sale items or discounted items
Gift cards, if applicable

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the eligible product, and once your return is approved, place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval. Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process the refund.
